Welcoming patients from outside Ontario and Canada including RAMQ patients. Direct billing for UHIP and Guard.me.

Ongoing appointments for rostered patients for chronic disease management, medication review, and preventive care.
Preventive & Routine Health
Blood test requisitions, wellness exams, preventive screening, STI testing and counselling.
Uninsured Services

Dr. Ata currently provides healthcare to students, faculty, and staff at Carleton University. She also supports military families through Military Family Services, caring for the spouses and families of Canadian Armed Forces members during deployments and relocations to the National Capital Region. She is committed to helping every patient achieve and maintain their best possible health through compassionate, comprehensive care.
